Timer due date configured by expression can take java.util.Date directly - not only String with ISO 8601

Description

Currently the timer durte date only takes a String in the ISO8601 format:

<timerEventDefinition id="sid-310dd9ed-d93e-49a9-ae26-b6588ba017ed">
<timeDate>#{timerConfiguration.xxx}</timeDate>

whih has to return:
return new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'hh:mm:ss").format(date);

And then we parse this.

It is an easy improvment if we allow to return the date directly.
